Our Journey
Established in 2004, Jeetaw Manufacturing, Inc. has been at the forefront of precision manufacturing, with a strong dedication to serving the semiconductor industry. Our journey began with a singular vision: To provide fast lead time support for gas delivery systems, utilizing the cutting-edge welding technique known as orbital welding, a form of robotic welding. We have since expanded into free form tube bending to support our clients even further. Also for 2024, we are bringing back our on site design and assessment for those difficult parts that require extra time and attention.
Growth & Innovation
From humble beginnings with a single welding station, we have steadily expanded our capabilities and resources. Today, we proudly operate three state-of-the-art welding stations. But our commitment to innovation didn't stop there. To ensure the highest standards of quality, we've incorporated robotic tube bending and a coordinate measurement machine into our processes.
We recognize that capital equipment needs to be maintained with class 100 clean room, OEM parts. These parts can take upwards of 5 weeks to get from overseas, but Jeetaw can design and fabricate the same OEM parts right here in Santa Clara. With an extensive investment in parts and fittings, we further decrease lead time. When time is critical, Applied Materials has been turning to Jeetaw for over 15 years to replace their stainless steel lines used to deliver the process gas to the process chamber of their cutting edge semiconductor equipment.
To welcome in a great 2024, Jeetaw has brought back our on-site initiatives when you need someone to come out and assess the most efficient way to run stainless steel tubing from point A to point B or the best way to fabricate a specific connector. Jeetaw is one of the only parts fabricators that will come to your Bay Area facility and design custom parts right from your machinery.

With our growth, we have expanded our team to six dedicated professionals, each sharing the same passion for precision and excellence. At your request, we will come to your location and evaluate the best way to fabricate your replacement lines and connectors. We usually work from CAD designs and drawings our clients send to us, but for those that need a helping hand in the design stage, we are here to help.
